Parents Under Pressure is an Australian programme designed to help multi-problem families develop effective parenting and coping strategies. It addresses affect regulation, mood, views of self as a parent, drug use and parenting skills.
Strengthening Families Programme
The Strengthening Families Programme aims to reduce alcohol and drug use and behaviour problems during adolescence. This programme helps strengthen nurturing and child management by parents, as well as interpersonal and personal competencies amongst young people aged 10-14.
